Update on Day 1 from Miss Michigan Galaxy ~ Kristen Skiba
Tuesday, July 25, 20062:30 am: My alarm went off and I sprang out of bed with anticipation to begin my trip to Internationals.
3:30am: A stretch limousine pulled into my driveway filled with my family to take me to the airport for my
6:15am flight.
3:00pm: After a bit of a delay, I finally arrived in Orlando where, again, I was greeted by a limo to take me to the Caribe Royale Resort where Galaxy Internationals is being held.
4:00pm: I checked into my hotel room, which is beautiful, as is the entire resort. I relaxed by the pool for an hour and will continue to relax for the rest of the evening and prepare to begin my quest for the title of Miss Galaxy in the morning.
